FINERN has gained lot of experience in shop floor operational analysis as result of continuous involvement in the automated production system for various clients in various industries. We are happy to deploy our gained expertise and unique operational excellence methodology to our clients as a value-added service. FINERN’s veteran operational experts works in the customer’s manufacturing site and conducts Current Operational Analysis (COA) to determine the cost saving opportunities using Loss Analysis Methodology. Then we would define an Ideal state of operations in their manufacturing facilities. Using the ideal state as benchmark, the further process analysis would be conducted to define an optimal state of operation. They same will used to develop semi-automated production fixtures or fully automated production system as per client’s requirement.
